Hi Rick–
I’m not sure what you are looking for. Are you looking for practice exams (sample exams), or are you looking to take the real exam?

If you’re looking to take the official ITIL Foundation Certification exam, that’s not something you can do on my website– you have to go through one of the official Exam Institutes.

1) Either go to a Pearson Vue testing center to take it in person (just like how you’d take a Microsoft or Cisco certification exam); or

2) You can take the exam remotely (online) as long as you have a quiet place where you can be alone and where there is a webcam that works well… because someone from the exam institute will watch you take the exam to ensure you’re not using notes or doing anything you shouldn’t be doing during the test. There are two exam institutes where you can take the exam online. You can choose between:

1) EXIN’s “Exams Anywhere” option (https://www.exin.com/US/en/certifications/?exam=itil-v3-foundation), or

2) PeopleCert’s online option ( http://www.peoplecert.org/en/Test-Takers/ITIL_V3/ITIL_Certifications/ITIL_V3_Foundation/Pages/ITIL_V3_Foundation.aspx ).

Thank you so much for your kind words– you just made my day! I’m so happy you found it helpful!
And I love the mnemonic you came up with; thank you for posting it here, too. I’m sure other folks will find it helpful as they try to remember those tricky Strategy processes. (And great job updating it for ITIL 2011 and getting all of the processes in there!)

I am retired military attending IT management classes.I Just saw your video on”ITIL v3 Foundation Exam Mentor Tips”; through our resources library offered by Safari On-line. It was golden.
Thank you for such a meticulous teaching methodology.
In your video you suggested giving a feed back on a Mnemonics we may formulate.
Here is one based on the ITIL 2011 Syllables on Service Strategy Process:
Strategy Management=Standards
Financial Management=For
Service Portfolio Management=Seals
Demand Management=Down
Business Relationship Management=Below
The Strategy processes just reminded me of the Navy Seals (The Military Special Ops Team on Submarines) whom also do their processes for combat operations from the below decks on the subs.
