I think video training from CBT Nuggets, Udemy, Lynda, O’Reilly, or Pluralsight doesn’t fulfill this requirement either. Only Dion training has this feature. I believe that you are a fabulous and talented instructor who takes the time to explain the concepts in a simple and yet effective manner.
ITIL is a dry material that needs an instructor to demystify the processes in plain English and using real life examples. I’ve watched your ITIL v3 video series, took notes, and passed the exam with 38 out of 40. I can say that I got a solid understanding of the material and how things are connected together.
At the end of the day, it is not about getting a certification. It’s just a piece of paper. I’ve never heard of anybody who got a good job with just “certifications”. The most important is to have a good understanding of how things work in real life, how to think about it, analyze it, improve problem solving skills, …etc
